Lead Assist is AI technology that qualifies leads for you. So while you are busy showing homes, or spending time with your family, Lead Assist is still working your leads. Lead Assist acts as your assistant and texts the lead for you, asking questions such as desired location, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, etc. Once Lead Assist has qualified a lead, it will assign you a task to call the contact. You will see all the information in the contact profile, so you can continue from where Lead Assist left off. Use Lead Assist, and make the most of your time!

Q: Will I be able to view the conversation within my LionDesk Mobile app?
A: Yes! You can see the conversations on the contact record on your desktop or through the LionDesk mobile app.
Q: Does it pull from my texting limit?
A: No. Lead Assist™ uses its own credits. 1 credit will cover the entire Lead Assist™ conversation. The price of Lead Assist™ is based on your subscription plan. Below you will find the Lead Assist™ pricing.

Q: What type of leads does Lead Assist™ work on?
A: Lead Assist™ works on both buyer and seller leads. If it is unknown, Lead Assist™ will ask a series of questions to determine whether the lead is a buyer or seller.
Q: Do you use my current cell phone number to respond to leads?
A: No. Lead Assist™ uses your LionDesk custom number. The LionDesk custom number is a requirement to have in order to use Lead Assist™.
Q: How do I mute/stop Lead Assist™ so I can take over the conversation?
A: You can mute Lead Assist™ from either the desktop version or the mobile app.
From the Home page, you can click on Communication and then Texts. Click on the contact that is on Lead Assist™ and you will the toggle option to mute Lead Assist™.
From the mobile app, tap on the Texting Icon, and search for the contact. In the text thread, click on Mute L.A.
Please Note: It is not recommended to mute the Lead Assist™ unless you are ready to take over the conversation completely.
Q: Can I customize what Lead Assist says?
A: No. Lead Assist™ is constantly adjusting to take care of the conversations for you.
Q: What languages is Lead Assist available in?
A: Lead Assist™ is available in English and Spanish. You do not have to do anything to set it up. Lead Assist will send the initial text message in English but will switch to Spanish if the contact responds with needing a Spanish speaker.
Q: How quickly does it respond?
A: There is a delay of up to 3-5 minutes so the client doesn't think that it's a computer responding.
Q: What is Lead Assist™ Credit?
A: A Lead Assist™ credit will trigger a text conversation with the lead. 1 Credit = 1 Lead
Q: Error: Failed to Connect to LionDesk AI
A: You may receive this error if you don't have a LionDesk Custom Number or a Cell Phone listed in your account. Lead Assist™ requires both a Cell Phone and the LionDesk Custom Number.
Q: How do I change the name of the assistant or my agency?
A: If you wish to make changes to the Agency Name, AI Assistance Name or the Office Address, go to the Campaign Page to disconnect and reconnect. You will receive a pop-up window and you will be able to update Lead Assist.
Q: Is there a way to reset it so that it starts over on a lead?
A: Lead Assist™ will not restart the conversation. However, if the lead unresponsive, Lead Assist™ will follow up 26 times within a 12 month period.
Q: How do I get the first text to say Facebook instead of My Website?
A: Lead Assist™ will only say Facebook if the Lead Source is listed as "Facebook."
Q: Do you qualify both buyer and seller leads?
A: Lead Assist™ can service buyer and seller leads.

Lead Assist™ knows to ask sellers for their property address, and even ask about any updates the lead has made to their property recently.
