Creating email templates will save you time when setting up auto drip campaigns or when you send similar emails to your clients. You can enhance your emails by adding emojis, images, and videos!
Create Email Templates
1) Open the main menu and click on Communication.
2) Click on Choose Template.
3) Click on "New Template"
4) Create your email template
The "Description" is viewed internally, meaning that none of the clients you email will see what is written in this section.
Click on "Template Folder" to select which folder to save your template in. This will allow you to quickly access your templates.
By clicking on "Insert LionDesk Content", you can get LionDesk codes that will pull information from the contact's profile and will auto-populate on its own. These codes will allow you to market to a large audience while customizing it to each client.
You can elevate your templates by adding emojis, images, and videos by clicking on the following icons.
Note: Images must be .PNG or .JPEG images format.
5) Click on "Save Template" when complete.
