Drip Campaigns are a great way to set up consistent communication with your contacts. With drip campaigns, you can schedule emails, texts, and task reminders over the course of a few weeks, months, and even years. With these drip campaigns, you can have consistent communication with your contacts so you stay top of mind with your contacts.
Once you have assigned your drip campaigns, they will save in the contact record. From the contact record, you can delete the campaign or remove a specific action (email, text, or task reminder). Watch the video or follow the direction below to learn how to remove a drip campaign.
Delete a Drip Campaign
1) Use the Search bar in the upper right to search for your contact.
2) In the Contact Record, click on Campaigns
3) In the Campiagn section, you will see all the upcoming scheduled campaign emails and texts. You can remove single actions, multiple actions, or the entire camapaign.
To remove a single action, you will see "Mark Complete" is in the last column as shown in the image below:
To remove multiple actions, use the first column to select multiple actions and then click on "Mark Complete" as shown in the image below:
To remove the entire campaign, click on the select all option and then click on "Mark Complete" as shown in the image below:
You will see the action(s) was revmoved from the upcoming actions.
