With LionDesk Transactions, you can upload all your pending transactions in LionDesk and track them from prospecting to close. When you upload a transaction to your Transactions Dashboard, you will assign it a stage in the pipeline and progress it through the other stages till you close!
In addition, you can use Transaction Plans to automate emails, text messages, and task reminders to keep you on track to close the deal. With Transaction Plans, you can schedule all your communication by the Transaction Stage, so as the deal progresses it triggers emails, texts, and task reminders when the deal moves from one stage to the next.
To automate the communication, simply create a plan for each stage of the transaction, and LionDesk will automate the communication. Follow the steps below to learn how to create a Transaction Plan.
Create Transaction Plan
1) Click on "Transactions"
2) In Transactions, click on Plans.
3) To create a Transaction Plan, click on Create Plan.
4) Name your Transaction Plan.
5) Click on the following drop-downs and select which Transaction Type and at what stage will the plan start.
Note: We recommend you create a plan for each stage. This will allow for seamless communication as you move your deals through the other stages.
6) Once complete, click on "Add An Action"
7) Select Type of Action
You can select between an email, text, or task reminder.
If you select Email or Text, select a template and click Next.
If you select Task, type the instruction and click Next.
8) Set the Due Date
Note: You can schedule the action on, before, or after the Key Contact Dates.
9) Select Assignee
If you are part of a team, you can assign specific tasks to other team members.
10) ONLY FOR TASKS: Set a Reminder
Note: You can send a reminder via email, text, or call
11) Click on "Add An Action"
Repeat the same steps above until Transaction Plan is complete.
You have completed the Transaction Plan. Now as you add deals to the Transaction Dashboard, it will trigger emails, texts, and task notifications as the deal progress through the different stages.
