Setting up your profile will save you time later on. In your profile, you can upload your contact files, create your email signature, and view the limits to your account.
Set up LionDesk Profile
1) Click on your name in the upper right corner and select "Profile"
2) Complete your contact information.

Note: You can update these fields at any time. Click on the filed in blue to update.
3) Set your Time Zones and Texting Times.
LionDesk notifies you via text of any incoming leads. By setting the time zone and texting times, you can decide when you receive text notifications.
Note: This will not affect the text conversations with your clients. Only applies to lead notification.
4) Set Daily Alerts
LionDesk sends you a daily email every morning listing all the tasks that are set for that day. You can decided to turn this feature On or OFF.
5) Complete Email Signature
Completing the email signature will allow you to easily add the signature to all your emails. Most users will add the following to their signature:
- Website Address
- Phone Number
6) Complete the Direct Mail Senders Address
With direct mail, you can send physical letters/mailers to your contacts. Before you are able to access this feature, the Senders Address must be completed.
7) Upload your Contacts
LionDesk allows you to mass upload your contacts with a .CSV file. For instructions on how to upload, you can click on the link below:
Once your contacts have been uploaded, you can search for potential duplicates. You can click on the link below to learn how to merge duplicate contacts:
You can export or download your contacts.
Note: You can only export/download contacts that you are the owner of.
8) Manage Subscription and Limits.
This sections will show you the limits to your account of how many emails or texts you can send during the monthly period. You are able to upgrade your plan, purchase add-ons or update your billing information by clicking on "Manage Subscription and Limits."
