Favorites are a great way to pin important contact information to the top of the contact's profile. Instead of having to scroll down to view, you can quickly glance at the top of the page. Once you set up your favorites for one account, it will applied to everyone in your database.
Customize Favorite Fields
1) Search for a contact
2) In the contact profile, click on the gear icon
3) Select the fields you want to have on display
Note: There is no limit to how many fields you can select.
Note: You can modify the display view. Drag and drop the field to the desired location
5) Click Apply
