With LionDesk Documents you can upload, store, and organize your files and documents. Stay organized and create different folders for different file types. With document storage, you can upload PDFs, PNGs, JPEGs, Word Docs, Excel, Zips, and Video files. Store your Listing Flyers, Email Signature images, and more!
Note: Document storage should not be used for files of sensitive or confidential nature
Upload Documents
1) Open the main menu, click on Documents
2) Click on the following drop-down menu and select the folder where you want to store your documents or click on Add Folder to create a new folder.
3) Once the folder is selected, drag and drop or click on the following icon to upload your files.
4) Once the file has uploaded, you can find it in your Folder List. Click on the folder name and select your file to view.
