The reporting page in LionDesk will give you insight into how you are using LionDesk. In Overview reporting, you will see various graphs that chart new contacts, automate lead sources and contact communication.
Navigate Reporting Overview
1) In the menu, click on "Reporting"
2) In the "Overview" tab, you will see the following graphs:
This graph will show how many contacts were added to LionDesk throughout the year. This includes contacts that were manually uploaded or routed from a lead source.
Automated Lead Sources:
This graph will only show contacts that were automatically routed from a lead source. In the key, you will see the systems that are routing in leads. With this graph, you will see how many leads were routed in throughout the year and from where.
This graph will track all contacts, whether they were automatically or manually uploaded. With this graph, you will see where most of your leads come from throughout the year.
This graph focuses on all the communication sent from LionDesk such as emails, text, calls and more. With this graph, you will see how much communication you had with your contacts throughout the year.
