With LionDesk Transactions, you can upload your potential deals into your sales funnel to track your transactions from prospecting to close. Better yet, you can automate your communication with Transaction Plans. With Transaction Plans, you can schedule emails and text messages to contacts that are linked to your transaction. If you are part of a team, you can also send task reminders to other team members on key contract dates.

Create Transaction Plan
1) Open the main menu and click on "Transactions"
2) In the Transaction menu, click on Plans.
3) Click on "Create Plan"
4) Give your Transaction Plan a name and assign it Transaction Type
Note: You can only assign 1 Transaction Type to your Transaction Plan. You can only apply the Transaction Plan to a Transaction that has the same Transaction Type.
5) Once complete, click on "Add An Action"
6) Click on Task
7) Set the Due Date.
Note: When you upload your transaction, you will also add Key Contract Dates. You can schedule task reminders for On, Before, or After any Key Contact Date. If your Transaction is missing the Key Contract Dates, your Transaction Plan will not send the task reminder.
8) In Select Assignee, click on the drop-down menu and select your team member.
9) Set a Reminder
You can send a reminder via email, text, or call
10) Click on "Add An Action"
Repeat the same steps above until Transaction Plan is complete.
You have created a Transaction Plan! Now we need to assign the plan to a Transaction. Follow the steps below to learn how to apply your Transaction Plan to a Transaction.
Assign Transaction Plan
1) In the Transaction Menu, click on Transactions
2) Search for your Transaction, and click on the following icon
3) Select Start Transaction Plan
4) In the pop-up window, select your Transaction Plan and click Start Plan.
You have assigned the Transaction Plan to your Transaction. The Transaction Plan will now automate email and text messages to your contacts and will send task reminders to your team members on key contract dates.
