One of the first steps in setting up your profile is validating your phone number.
By validating your phone number, you can make phone calls through LionDesk, and get LionDesk notifications on your phone. Follow the directions below to learn how to validate your phone number.
Validate Phone Number
1) Click on your name in the upper right corner, and select Profile.
2) You will see your phone number listed on your profile. Click on the link "Click Here to Validate Number for LionDesk Campaign Calling and Click to Calls."
3) In the pop-up window, you will see the validation code. Type the validation code in your phone when you get an automated call from LionDesk.
Done!
You have validated your phone number. You will now receive text notifications from LionDesk and will have access to the Click-2-Call feature in LionDesk.
Note: You can update and validate your phone number up to 3 times a day. After the 3rd attempt, you will need to wait 24 hours before you can update and validate your number again.
