LionDesk has an advanced filtering system that allows users to create specific groups. With Saved Filters, you can create these groups and track the communication to ensure your contacts do not slip through the cracks.
You are able to remove any of these Saved Filters from the Contact's Dashboard. Follow the directions below to learn how to delete a Saved Filter.
Delete Saved Filter
1) Open the Main Menu and click on Contacts.
2) In the Contact Dashboard, click on Filters.
3) Click on Saved Filters and select the filter you want to delete.
4) Click on Delete.
5) In the pop-up window, click on Delete to confirm.
You have deleted the saved filter.
