With the Power Dilaer, if you have a contact that wants to be removed from your call list, you can add them to the Power Dialer Do Not Call (DNC) List, If a contact is in the DNC list, the Dialer will skip the number and move on to the other calls.
You can also modify the dialer settings so that contacts can remove themselves from your Power Dialer call list and automatically add themselves to the Power Dialer DNC list. This feature is called Interactive Voice Response (IVR). Click here to learn how to activate Intervatice Voice Response.
Follow the directions below to learn how to manually add a number to the Power Dialer's DNC List.
Do Not Call List
1) Open the Main Menu and click on Contacts
2) To access Dialer Settings, select a contact for your Contact Dashboard and click on Dial.
3) Click on the following gear icon.
4) In the menu click on DNC List and click on Add New Number
5) Enter a phone number.
You will see all the contacts you add to the DNC List. You can remove the contacts from the DNC list by clicking on the Delete icon.
