How do I get the LionDesk for Loan Officers version?
To get the Loan Officer version of LionDesk, you must create your account through our dedicated web page: https://www.liondesk.com/loanofficers/
I already have an account. Can I switch to the loan officer version?
Unfortunately, LionDesk is not able to switch between the different account versions. However, you can modify LionDesk to reflect the LionDesk loan officer version. Below, you will see the differences between the accounts and how you can modify your account to reflect the LionDesk Lending version.
What is the difference with the LionDesk Lending version?
The design and functionality of the LionDesk Lending version will be the same. The difference between the accounts is the Marketing Drip Campaigns and the Transaction Types that are pre-loaded into the account. Below you will see what is pre-loaded into the LionDesk Lending version.
For Drip Campaigns, the Lending Version is pre-loaded with the following campaigns:
- LionDesk: New Purchase Campaigns
- LionDesk New Refi Lead
- LionDesk Post Direct Mail Follow Up

For Transaction Types, the Lending Version will be pre-loaded with the following Transaction Types and Transaction Stages.
