With LionDesk Transactions, you can add all your pending transactions in LionDesk and track them from prospecting to close. In addition, you can create Transaction Plans that will automate emails, text messages, and task reminders to keep you on track to close the deal. With Transaction Plans, you can automate all the communication based on the stage of the Transaction, so as the deal moves from one stage to the next, it will trigger a new set of emails, text messages, and task reminders!
How does it work?
You will add a transaction and assign it a stage within the Transaction pipeline. Once you assign the transaction a stage, it will automatically start the Transaction Plan of the selected stage and will automate the emails, text messages, and task reminders. In the image below you will see a transaction was added to the Pre-Offer stage of the Purchase Leads pipeline.
As you continue to work on that transaction and are ready to move it through the pipeline, you can drag and drop the transaction to the next stage. In the image below, you will see the transaction move to the next stage, Under Contract.
Once you move the transaction to the next stage, it will stop any remaining actions (emails, texts, and task reminders) from the previous plan and start the new Transaction Plan of the next stage. In the image below, you will see the following pop-up window that will confirm the new plan.
As you continue working on this transaction, you will move it through the transaction pipeline from stage to stage till it closes! In the image below, you will see the transaction finally hit the final stage, Sold!
How do I get started?
To get started, you want to create a plan for each stage of a Transaction pipeline. By creating a plan for each stage, you will set up seamless communication as you move from one stage to the next.

Will Transaction Plans work for Loan Officers?
Yes! Transactions can work for any industry. With LionDesk Transactions, you can modify the Transaction pipeline to fit your business needs. For loan officers, LionDesk has recommended Transaction pipelines that are available in the LionDesk Mortgage Loan Officer version.
