Save time and schedule your texts with LionDesk!
Whether it is a single or a group of contacts, you can schedule a personalized message with LionDesk! You can type in your own text or select from LionDesk provided text templates. You can also schedule recurring text messages for birthdays, holidays, and more!

In the following article, you will learn how to:
- Schedule a text message for a single contact
- Schedule a text message for a group of contacts.
Schedule a Text Message - Single Contact
1) Use the search bar in the upper right to search for your contact.
2) In the Contact Record, click on the Text icon.
3) In the Text slide-in screen, type in your text message or click on "Choose A Template" to select from your available text templates.
4) At the bottom of the Text screen, click on "Scheduled"
5) Select the day and time to schedule the text by clicking on the following fields.
6) When complete, click on "Schedule Send".
7) You will get the following pop-up window. To confirm, click on "Send".
Schedule a Text Message - Group of Contacts
1) Open the main menu, and click on Contacts.
2)You will find all your contacts here in the Contact Dashboard. Select the contacts you want to text by clicking on the following box.
You can select the entire page or all your contacts by clicking on the downward arrow and selecting one of the following options.
3) At the top of the Contact Dashboard, click on the Text icon.
4) In the Text screen, type in your text message or click on "Choose A Template" to select from your available text templates.
5) At the bottom of the Text screen, click on "Scheduled"
6) Select the day and time to schedule the text by clicking on the following fields.
7) When complete, click on "Schedule Send".
8) You will get the following pop-up window. To confirm, click on "Send".
