With LionDesk, you can visit the Texting Center to view all the text messages you have sent from LionDesk. You can even filter your text conversation to only view contacts who have replied back to your text messages and are awaiting a response. Stay top of mind with your contacts and visit the Texting Center.
Follow the directions below to learn how to view your Text Replies.
View Text Replies
1) Open the main menu and click on Communication.
2) In the Communication Dashboard, click on Texts.
3) You will see all your contacts with Text Conversations. To view the replies, click on the following drop-down menu and select With Replies.
4) To continue any text conversation, click on any entry below Conversations and type your text message in the space provided.
5) When ready, click Send.
6) You will get the following pop-up window to confirm. Click on Send.
