LionDesk makes it easy for you to add images to your emails. Whether the images are saved on your computer, or you are getting an image from the web, LionDesk has you covered. Follow the directions below to learn how to add an image to your email.
Note: Make sure your images are the correct file type. LionDesk can send image files that are 10 MB max and are saved as either PNG, JPEG, or GIF.
Add Image to Email
1) Use the Search Bar upper right, and search for your contact using either their name or email address.
2) In the Contact Record, click on the Email icon.
3) In the email slide-in screen, type in your Subject line.
4) To add an image to the email, search for the toolbar, and click on the following image icon.
5) Upload your image.
If you are uploading an image from your computer:
Drag and drop your image or click on the cloud icon to select an image from your computer.
If you are uploading an image from the web:
Click on FROM THE WEB and copy and paste the URL in the section provided below.
Note: You must capture the image URL from the original web source.
If you search for an image using Google, or another search engine, you must click on the image to visit the website. Once on the website, you can right-click on the image and COPY the link address. PASTE the link address in the URL section. If you skip this step, your image will be sent as a web code instead of an image.

5) (Optional) Add a hyperlink.
If you want to direct your contacts to another webpage from your email, you can add a hyperlink. Add the URL of where you want to redirect your contacts and the section provided as shown below
6) (Optional) Modify your image size.
Click on Width or Height and update the image size.
Note: LionDesk will keep the aspect ratio the same.
7) When ready, click on Upload.
8) Your image will be added to the email. Complete your email and click Send.
9) In the pop-up window, click on Send.
Done!
Note: If you need to send a mass email with an image, you will need to create an email template. Once you create the email template, you can then mass email your contacts. Click here to learn how to create an email template.
