With LionDesk, you can connect your websites or other lead generation tools, and have all your new leads routed to your LionDesk account! When LionDesk receives a new lead, it will create a new contact record and assign the new lead to a follow-up campaign.

When LionDesk receives a new lead, we will send you a notification. LionDesk will send the following notification:
- Email notification
- Text notification
- Push notification via LionDesk Mobile App
Below, you will find direction on how to turn on or off new lead notifications:
New Lead Email Notifications cannot be turned off.
You can turn on or off your New Lead Text Notification from your Profile page. Follow the directions below to learn how:
1) Click on your name in the upper right corner and select Profile.
2) In your profile, search for Texting Times and set the Start and End Time.
If you would like to receive notification all day, set your start time to 12:00 am and end time to 11:30 pm.
To stop text notifications, you will still need to set your start and end times. You can select a 30-minute interval where you can receive alerts and the rest of the day you will not get alerts. For example, you can set your start time to 12:00 pm and end time to 12:30 pm.

Note: Turning off your mobile device push notification will stop all types of notifications from the LionDesk mobile app.
