With LionDesk you can schedule a recurring text and save time by scheduling your communication in advance.
Whether it is a single or a group of contacts, you can schedule a recurring text message with LionDesk! You can type in your own text or select from LionDesk provided text templates. Make sure to stay top of mind with your contacts and schedule your recurring text messages.

- Schedule a recurring text for a group of contacts.
Schedule a Recurring Text - Single Contact
1) Use the search bar in the upper right to search for your contact.
2) In the Contact Record, click on the Text icon.
3) In the text slide-in screen, type in your text or click on "Choose A Template" to select from your available text templates.
4) At the bottom of the text screen, click on "Scheduled and Recurring"
5) Select the day and time to schedule the text by clicking on the following fields.
6) Click on the drop-down menu and select the recurrence.
7) Select when the recurrence will end.
8) When complete, click on "Send".
9) You will get the following pop-up window. To confirm, click on "Send".

Schedule a Recurring Text - Group of Contacts
1) Click on contacts
2) You will find all your contacts here in the Contact Dashboard. Select the contacts you want to text by clicking on the following box.
You can select the entire page or all your contacts by clicking on the downward arrow and selecting one of the following options.
3) At the top of the Contact Dashboard, click on the text icon.
4) In the slide-in screen, type in your text or click on "Choose A Template" to select from your available text templates.
5) At the bottom of the text, click on "Scheduled and Recurring".
6) Select the day and time to schedule the text by clicking on the following fields.
7) Click on the drop-down menu and select the recurrence.
8) Select when the recurrence will end.
9) When complete, click on "Send".
10) You will get the following pop-up window. To confirm, click on "Send".
