With LionDesk, you can send documents to your contacts via email. Any documents that you send via email will be saved in the Uncategorized folder of your Documents page. You can attach the following documents in your emails:
- Images (JPEG and PNG)
- Word Docs
- Video Files
Below, you will see an image of the email text box and where to click to add an attachment.
Note: If you send your email but notice that your attachments are not opening or is giving you an error, the document is not compatible with LionDesk. To create a compatible version of your document, you can use software like Paint or Adobe to change the file type.
For example, if you attempt to upload a PDF file but notice that it is not compatible, you can use Adobe to change the file type. Below you will see images comparing PDF file types
