It's important to keep your CRM up to date!
As you continue to grow your client list, you may notice that some contacts will unsubscribe from your communication. With LionDesk, you can filter your contacts to view who has unsubscribed from your contact list. In the following article, you will learn how to:
- Add the Unsubscribed Date to the Contact Dashboard
- Filter Contacts by Unsubscribed Date
Add Unsubscribed Date
1) Open the Main Menu and click on Contacts.
2) In the Contact Dashboard, click on Customize.
3) In the pop-up window, search for and select Unsubscribed Date.
4) Once selected, click on Apply.
5) You will now see Unsubscribed Date in the Contact Dashboard.
Done!
Filter by Unsubscribed Date
1) Open the Main Menu and click on Contacts.
2) In the Contact Dashboard, click on Filters.
3) Click on Add Condition.
4) Click on the following drop-down menu and select Unsubscribed Date.
5) Click on the following drop-down menu and set the condition for the filter.
Once conditions are set, your contacts will automatically update.
6) (Optional) Click on Save Filter if you would like to easily access this filter in the future.
7) You will see your contacts update in the Contact Dashboard.
